$69.99 Onsite Printer Repair Promotion – Terms & Limitations
Offer valid for one (1) qualifying printer per onsite visit and applies to a single service call at the promotional flat labor rate.
Promotion available to new clients only.
Valid for business-class HP LaserJet and HP Color LaserJet printers only.
Exclusions:
- HP OfficeJet, InkJet, Smart Tank, Envy, DeskJet, and DesignJet models
- All non-HP printers
- Entry-level or consumer-grade printers
Promotion covers labor only. Parts, consumables, and supplies including toner cartridges, drum units, maintenance kits, and related materials are not included and will be quoted separately if needed.
If more than one printer requires service during the same onsite visit, the promotional rate does not apply. Service will be billed at our standard flat labor rate, which covers all printers serviced during the visit under one labor charge.
Additional labor charges may apply if the repair exceeds standard service scope.
Service area limited to Orange County, California. Travel fees may apply outside standard coverage zones.
Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special pricing.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our parts and service.
Service Parts Warranty
All parts supplied and installed by Printer Repair Orange County are covered by a 6-month (180-day) warranty from the date of service. This warranty applies to defects in the part and workmanship under normal use.
In cases where parts must be sourced outside of our standard supplier network, a 90-day warranty will apply. These parts will be clearly identified on your invoice.
Toner Cartridge Warranty
All toner cartridges purchased through us and sourced from our approved supplier network are covered by a 1-year (365-day) warranty.
If a toner cartridge is sourced outside of our standard supplier network, the warranty period will be 6 months (180 days). These items will also be clearly noted on your invoice.
Warranty Conditions
- Warranty coverage applies only to the specific part(s) replaced or installed.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, environmental damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Labor for warranty-related service may be included or evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
